try one of our favourite summer cocktails

1. First chill a tumbler with ice, empty and refill with fresh and clear large ice cubes
Negroni Bateau
25ml Orange gin
25ml Sweet Vermouth
25ml Campari
150ml Tonic Water
2. Place equal measures of orange gin and Sweet Vermouth (like Martini Rosso) and Campari on ice in a mixing glass. Then very gently lift the liquid - never shake or stir.
3. Transfer to the tumbler, add the tonic water & insert half an inch of freshly sliced orange - then server and enjoy!
