try one of our favourite spring cocktails
25ml Orange Gin
25ml Sweet vermouth
150ml Tonic water
1. First chill a tumbler with ice, empty and refill with fresh and clear, large ice cubes.
2. Place one measure of orange gin and an equal one of Sweet Vermouth (like Martini Rosso) and Campari on ice in a mixing glass, then very gently lift the liquid – never shake or stir.
3. Transfer to the tumbler, add the tonic water and insert half an inch of freshly sliced orange and serve.
